If you get this error message, please try the following troubleshooting to resolve the issue.
- Disconnect the app from Chromecast (Tap on the cast button on the Hulu app > Select [disconnect]).
- Select [Settings] from the Home menu. Select [Switch Profile], then a different profile. Then select the profile you tried to use initially.
- Connect the Hulu app to Chromecast by tapping on the cast icon on the app.
