If you get this error message, the following may be the reasons.
- Access from outside Japan
- There is a temporary problem in your network.
You are being identified as using an anonymous proxy, due to temporary problems in the device.
Turn off the power of your device (PC, etc.), modem, and router. Remove the power plug and wait 5 minutes before restarting.
- Network settings such as anonymous Proxy and VPN are affecting.
Access from Anonymous proxy, VPN, US military base network is not supported.
It may also be affected by Extensions or Apps that reduce data usage. Please turn off these features before trying to watch.
- Your device settings are affecting.
If you are using Apple TV, please check the iTunes Store regional settings.
