When the download does not progress and remains "downloading" on iPhone/iPad/iPod touch Hulu App, the following may be the cause:
- Low Battery: Downloads may be limited depending on the battery percentage. You can resolve this by charging your device.
- Low Power Mode: Low Power Mode limited downloads. Turn the Low Power Mode off to download contents.
- Background App: When many Apps are being activated on the background, the device may limit the download. Please force closing Apps and try downloading again.
- When you turn off [Available on Wi-Fi Only] in the download settings, it may take a while for Hulu App to switch the network. If you can't finish your download, please try it again later.
