You cannot download the Hulu app on TOSHIBA TV. Hulu app is pre-installed on some TOSHIBA TV models.
To open the Hulu app:
TOSHIBA TV (The model without Hulu button on Remote Controller)
Open the Hulu app from the menu.
TOSHIBA TV (the model with Hulu button on Remote Controller)
Push the Hulu button on the Remote controller or open the Hulu app from the menu.
