If you are experiencing videos stuttering or buffering, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Power down and unplug your equipment (TV, modem, and router) for approximately five minutes and then power back up
- If you are watching a video over a wireless connection, connect your device directly to your router/modem with an ethernet cable
- Disconnect any other devices from your network

In addition to the steps above, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
Force stop the Hulu app
1. Select [Settings] on the home screen.
2. From [Apps], select [Hulu].
3. Select [Forced stop].
4. Launch the Hulu app and check if the problem is solved.
Clear Hulu app data
1. Select [Settings] on the home screen.
2. From [Apps], select [Hulu].
3. Select [CLEAR DATA] and [OK].
4. Launch the Hulu app and check if the problem is solved.
Reset the Hulu app to the factory reset
1. Select [Settings] on the home screen.
2. From [Apps], select [Hulu].
3. Select [Uninstall].
4. [Do you want to uninstall this app? ] On the screen, select [OK].
5. The app will return to the factory reset.
6. Launch the Hulu app and check if the problem is solved.
