Hulu app for iPhone/iPad/iPod touch is restricted to 17 years and older.
If the Hulu app is restricted on the iOS device, you can not install from the Cloud or tap "GET" to install the Hulu app from the App Store.
If the Hulu app is restricted on the iOS device, you can not install from the Cloud or tap "GET" to install the Hulu app from the App Store.
To check the Restriction settings on iOS, please follow the steps below.
For iOS 12 and above
- Go to [Settings] from the home screen.
- Select [Screen Time].
- Select [Content & Privacy Restrictions].
*If you have already installed other app that can restrict the browsing of some websites or using some app, this part may not be changed. - Select [Content Restriction].
If the [Content & Privacy Restrictions] is off, please toggle to on. - Select [Apps] (Allowed All Apps).
- Select [17+] or [Allow All Apps].
For iOS 11 or lower
- Go to [Settings] from the home screen.
- Select [General].
- Select [Restriction].
*If you have already installed other app that can restrict the browsing of some websites or using some app, this part may not be changed. - Select [Apps] from ALLOWED CONTENT section
- Select [17+] or [Allow All Apps].
