You can cancel your subscription from the Hulu website. Please refer to the instructions below on how to cancel.

- Access the Account page
- If you are not logged in to the website, the login screen will appear.
Log in with the email address and password registered with Hulu. - If the profile selection screen appears, select the leftmost or owner profile.
- If prompted to re-enter your password, enter your password and press [Continue].
- The Account page will be displayed. Press [Cancel] within the Account page.
- Step 1/2 [Cancel your Subscription?] will be displayed, so scroll to the bottom of the screen.
- Press [Cancel the subscription].
- please answer the survey.
- Press [Cancel Subscription].
- When the message "Your subscription will be canceled shortly." appears on the Account page, the cancellation process is complete.
※ You can use the service until the date shown, and it will automatically cancel after that.
If you restart with the same account, your [Favorites] and [Viewing History] will remain as before.
