Using Japanese and English subtitles / Subtitle guide
You can adjust subtitle settings and enable the subtitle guide by following the steps below.
- During playing the content, press [Subtitle Settings]

Select either [Japanese], [Subtitle Guide (Japanese)], [English], or [OFF]
- Press the [×] in the upper right to return to the playback screen
You can configure subtitles and the subtitle guide by following the steps below.
- During playing the content, click the [Gear Icon] on the screen
- To display the subtitle guide: select [ON] from [Subtitle Guide]
To display Japanese and English subtitles: select [English] or [Japanese] from [Subtitle Language] - Return to the playback screen and resume playback. Your new settings will be applied.
You can set subtitles and the subtitle guide with the following operations.
- While playing the content, press the decision button on the remote control
- Press [Settings]
- To display the subtitle guide: check [Enable Subtitle Guide] to [On]
To display Japanese and English subtitles: check [English] or [Japanese] from [Subtitle Language] - Return to the playback screen and resume playback. The settings will be applied, and the content will play
Switching between subtitles and dubbing for viewing
For works that offer subtitles and dubbing, you can switch the playback episodes. Selecting a work marked with (字) will play the subtitle version, while selecting a work marked with (吹) will play the dubbed version.
- While in full screen playback, select [Subtitle / Dubbing Episodes]
- Select Episode (Sub) or Episode (Dub)
* You can also select the season from the top. - When you select an episode from the list, playback will start
- Open the content page
- Select your desired option from [Episode (Sub)] or [Episode (Dub)]
- It will be filtered and displayed by [Sub] or [Dub]. Click on the work you wish to view to start playback
- Open the content page
- Press [Season / Episode]
- Select the season
- Select the work you wish to play from either [Sub] or [Dub]
- Press the decision button on the remote control. Playback will start
