To cancel your subscription, please follow the steps below:
- Access eo my page.
- Enter your "eo ID", "Password" and select [ログイン].
- Select [コンテンツサービス].
- Select [サービス解約].
- Select [解約] when this page (コンテンツの解約) is shown.
- Check the cancelation reason and select [解約].
- A pop-up window for confirmation appears. Select [OK].
- The confirmation for the cancelation appears.
