To cancel your subscription, please follow the steps below:
From iPhone/iPad
1. Log in with your e-mail address and password from the Account page.
2. Select your profile.
3. Enter your password again and select [Next].
4. Select [Cancel Subscription].
5. Select [Cancel the Subscription].
6. Please answer our questionnaire.
7. Select [Cancel this subscription].
From Android devices
1. Install the Hulu app from Google Play, then open the app.
2. Open the App, then select [d ACCOUNT] and enter your d account and password.
3. Select your profile.
4. Enter the password again and select [Next].
5. Select [Cancel Subscription].
6. Select [Cancel the subscription].
7. Please answer our questionnaire.
8. Select [Cancel this subscription].
Unfortunately, you cannot access the Hulu japan service from outside Japan.
If you want to cancel your subscription, please contact Hulu customer support with the following information.
- E-mail addresses.
- The full name.
- Your date of birth.
