To cancel your subscription:

1. Access here.
2. Select [ログインする].
3. Log in with your Excite ID.
4. Select [登録情報].
5. Select [有料サービス利用状況].
6. Select [解約] in the [Hulu] section.
7. Select [解約する].
 
Smartphone
 
1. Access here.
2. Select [ログイン].
3. Log in with your Excite ID.
4. Select [サービス一覧].
5. Select [IDセンター].
6. Select [有料サービス利用一覧] in the [MENU].
7. Select [解約する] in the [Hulu] section.
