If you get this error message, you may sign in with a different Apple ID that registered Hulu, and you are restarting the subscription.
You cannot use more than one Apple ID for one Hulu account to restart the subscription.
Please follow the steps below to register with a different email address.
1. Open the Hulu app on your iPhone/iPad/iPod touch.
2. Select [Start 2 Weeks Free Trial].
3. Fill in "Last name", "First name", "Date of ｂirth", "Gender", "Email address (login ID)", "Password" (8 or more characters mixed alphabets and numbers).
4. Select a payment method.
5. Check [Agree with Privacy Policy and Terms.].
6. Select [Sign up].
