How do I pay with Google Play Billing?

To pay with Google Play Billing, you need to sign up from the following devices.
*The payment method must be added to your Google account. (Google Play Store App> "Menu"> "Payments & subscription"> "Payment Methods")

  • Android Smartphone/Tablet
  • Android TV

Android Smartphone/Tablet

  1. Open the Hulu app.
  2. Select [Sign Up Now].
  3. The Notes are displayed. After confirming, select the [Start Free Trial With Google Play Billing].
  4. Please enter your "Last Name", "First Name", "Date of Birth", "Gender", "Email Address (Login ID)", and "Password".
  5. Please place a checkmark next to [Please proceed after reading and agreeing to the privacy policy, terms and conditions] and select [Sign Up].
  6. Conditions related to the free trial will be displayed. Please check and select [Start Hulu Now].
  7. The confirmation screen will be displayed. Select [Subscription].
  8. Enter your Google account password and select Confirm.

 

Android TV

  1. Open the Hulu app.
  2. Select [Sign Up Now].
  3. The Notes are displayed. After confirming, select the [Start Free Trial With Google Play Billing].
  4. Enter [Email address] then select [Send verification code].
  5. We will send an email to the email address you entered. Enter the confirmation code and select [Proceed to enter account information].
    *The sign-up verification code is valid for 15 minutes.
  6. Enter [Name], [Birthyear/month/day] and [Gender] then select [Subscribe].

If the message about completing with other devices is displayed, please refer to the following steps:

  1. Open the Play Store app and sign in with the same Google account.
  2. Select the icon in the upper right to open the settings.
  3. Select [Offers and notifications].
  4. Select [Notification] tab.
  5. Hulu's "Continue Purchase" notification will be displayed. Select [Continue].
  6. Select [Subscription].
  7. Enter your Google account password and select Confirm.
