To clear browser cache:
Google Chrome
- Select Settings (a button with three dots on the upper right corner).
- Select [Tools].
- Select [Advanced] on the bottom.
- Select [Clear browsing data].
- Select [All Time] from [Time range].
- Check only [Cached images and files] then select [clear date].
- Restart the browser.
Microsoft Edge
Microsoft Edge 44 or below
- Select on[…]button on the right upper corner.
- Select [Settings].
- Select [Choose what to clear] from [Clear browsing data].
- Check [Cached data and files] and select [clear].
- Close all the browser windows.
Microsoft Edge 79 or later
- Select on[…]button on the right upper corner.
- Select [Settings].
- Select [≡] icon on the upper right corner.
- Select [Privacy and services].
- Select [Choose what to clear] from [Clear browsing data].
- Check [Cached images and files] and select [Clear now].
- Close all the browser windows.
Firefox
- Select on [History] from the menu ([≡] icon on the upper right corner).
- Select on [Clear Recent History].
- In the drop-down for [Time range to clear] select Everything.
- Check off the box for [Cache] (remove checks from any other checkboxes).
- Select [Clear Now] to confirm.
Internet Explorer 11
- Select the Gear Icon (tool) in the upper right corner.
- Select [Safety] then [Delete browsing history].
- Check off the box for [Temporary Internet files] (remove checks from any other checkboxes).
- Select [Delete] to confirm.
Safari
- Select the Safari menu.
- Select [Preferences].
- Select [Advanced].
- Check [Show Develop menu in menu bar].
- Select [Develop] in the menu bar.
- Select [Empty Caches].
