To check the docomo payment number, follow the steps below:
1. Visit this d menu page (In Japanese only).
2. Select [マイメニュー].
3. Select [継続課金一覧].
4. Enter the PIN code and select [決定].
5. Select [詳細] for Hulu.
6. You will see a 12 digit [決済番号].
