If you are experiencing videos stuttering or buffering, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Power down and unplug your equipment (TV, modem, and router) for approximately five minutes and then power back up.
- If you are watching a video over a wireless connection, connect your device directly to your router/modem with an ethernet cable.
- Disconnect any other devices from your network.
For Funai Android TVs:In addition to the steps above, please try uninstalling Hulu app and installing it again.Force stop the Hulu app.
1. Select [Settings] on the home screen.
2. Select [Hulu] from [Apps].
3. Select [Forced stop].
4. Open the Hulu app and see if the issue is resolved.
Clear the cash/data of the Hulu app
1. Select [Settings] on the home screen.
2. Select [Hulu] from [Apps].
3. Select [Clear cash] or [Clear Data].
4. Open the Hulu app and see if the issue is resolved.
Reset the Hulu app
1. Select [Settings] on the home screen.
2. Select [Hulu] from [Apps].
3. Select [Clear storage] or [Uninstall Update].
4. [Dlete app data?] Screen, select [OK].
The app will return to its factory state.
5. Opens the Hulu app and see if the issue is resolved.
