If the thumbnails are grayed out and cannot start the playback, or the content information is incorrect, the time zone settings are not correct on Amazon Fire TV.
Please try the following to resolve the issue:
- Open [Settings] from the menu on top of the screen.
- Select [Preferences], then [Time Zone].
- If the current time zone is not Japan Standard Time, please select [Asia], then [Japan Standard Time]
